Facebook madness

yeah yeah yeah, so I'm back on facebook after some time away. I did rebel against the new look of the damn thing and I still do. Point of the matter is however that since I'm leaving Australia (and may never return...or at least not in a while)there is people I want to be able to talk to once I'm gone. Grumble, grumble. I don't like it and I hate going back on my protest, but what are you going to do? Since so many users have liked the new look Facebook don't see a reason to change. So here I am, dropping my pants and letting Facebook nail me in the arze.

The thing I don't understand is why this new look was at all necessary? Was the old one really that inconvenient for users? Having everything on one page? I loved that concept and it's why I joined in the first place (that and because everyone else was doing it).

Facebook may have taken a step backwards in the name of progress which should be pretty much impossible to pull off, but they found a way. Just goes to show that the old saying is true: if it ain't broke....

Yet, I'm back, I don't like it and I blame it all on YOU!
